Muscle strain and/or sprain
The main distinction between a sprain and the strain is because a sprain injures the tissue bands connecting two bones. A strain causes harm to the muscle or tissue bands attached to a bone by the muscle. Most sprains and stresses feel better after 2 weeks. Avoid harsh exercises, including jogging for up to eight weeks, which might lead to further injury. Serious sprains and stresses may take weeks or months to function normally. Sprains include discomfort, swells, contusions and the absence of a joint.
